The practice offers a wide range of Non-NHS services to patients. The majority of these services are open to both Private and NHS registered services. In brief the main services offered by the practice are shown below.

For your convenience the practice is pleased to accept payment by credit or debit card. Please note that we do not accept AMEX or Solo. 

Capabilities

Private Medical Consultations

Patients who are not eligible to register for NHS care or who prefer to have a private consultation can make use of this service. You can book a Private consultation with our reception staff. The amount charged will depend on the length and type of consultation. NHS registered patients with the practice are unable to use this service due to Department of Health Regulations.

 

DVLA Drivers Medicals

We are accredited to provide DVLA medicals. Please note that we only offer a limited number of places for this type of medical each week. If you select us please make sure that you book well in advance. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

 

Private Medicals

The practice offers a wide range of medicals for a number of purposes. If you need a medical for any purpose please contact our reception staff who will be happy to help you.

 

Third Party Forms

We are able to complete a large number of forms for patients for which a charge is normally payable, dependant on the time taken. A brief, but not exhaustive list is shown below:

        

- Insurance forms.

        - Mortgage forms.

- Solicitors forms.

        - Personal Injury forms.

- Duplicate sick notes both NHS and Private, any sick note within the first 7 days of illness, DHSS forms and other Government forms.
